The Festivus Games, together with Life as Rx and SICFIT, are pleased to announce the first national competition created solely for novices and intermediate CrossFitters. No firebreather types allowed except to cheer you on. The wods will be designed so that no one will need to scale them. It will be more about capacity than high technical skill.
